Charity Development Manager

I’m the Charity Development Manager at Youth Shedz, bringing over 25 years’ experience across the charity, education and private sectors. I’ve worked in senior leadership roles, including CEO positions in the areas of family support/mental health, and baby loss, as well as working in charitable grant giving as Project Funding Manager. Prior to these roles I spent many years developing and delivering community programmes and initiatives enabling young people and community development. I’m passionate about building partnerships and creating sustainable opportunities that make a real difference. I enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to support impactful projects.

Outside of work, life is busy and joyful with my four-legged and finned family family of five Welsh ponies, two dogs, a cat, and a rather ancient goldfish!
