Martin Harrison has an engineering background and is an independent management consultant who specialises in helping small businesses and social enterprises with between 5 and 200 staff to grow, develop, and improve their efficiency and profit.

His work is split between helping businesses in North Wales and helping development NGOs and hospitals in less developed countries. He has been the Chair and the anchor in helping Youth Shedz become established since it started in 2017, and has the patience of a saint with the team offering his experience and pastoral care. 

Martin loves travel, kayaks and paddle boards, growing vegetables, and scooting off with Elaine on adventures in the campervan.
